$17 On time; $19 Late; $21 At the Door – We rounded the numbers we were currently using because the extra 50 cents was confusing.
We need to guarantee $1200 per event. At $17/person, that is approximately 70 attendees or an average of 4/unit. It is important that we all promote and attend.

Breakfast will be a Buffet Breakfast

I am so excited to be the first to welcome you to the best business opportunity for women in America! We are so glad to have you in our group. There must be a million questions running through your mind right now and I can assure you that this is normal. I was so ex-cited when I joined in February 2011. I wanted to learn everything now........right now! Be patient with yourself.
Your journey in Mary Kay will be one of both personal and professional growth. I encourage you, first and foremost, to be a good student. You can learn all you need to know about make-up in one day but you will spend years learning about yourself and others, attitude management, time management, money management, etc. It will be both exciting and rewarding.
A system of learning has been developed just for you. Begin with your welcome packet found in your starter kit “ready, set, sell!” and “Getting Started”. I encourage you to watch the video below all about inventory within the next 24 hours. I will call and follow up with you to answer any questions you may have and to get you started! I’m sure you have many questions, as a new Consultant, I did too. We will discuss all of your questions and concerns in detail, and I am here to train and support you along your new journey.
Each assignment/system is designed to build a specific skill. Your weekly success meetings and new Consultant’s trainings are your first baby steps. They should never be missed. Communication with your director is essential to your success! I am here for your success! The more you communicate with me, the more you will learn and the more effective you will be!
Our exciting unit goals this year include: stretching for the finish line this Seminar Year with $650,000 in retail sales this Seminar Year and debuting 2 NEW Offspring Sales Directors! Will one of them be YOU? Whatever goals you have for your Mary Kay business, I will be watching with pride as you carve your own path and pur-sue your dreams!
As your Director, it is my job to match my time with 100% of your efforts. This business is truly what you de-sign it to be, and I’m here to help in any way that I can.
